\"\"Quality control<\/strong><\/h3>

The biggest problem of traditional language courses is that the groups usually consist of differently motivated participants. This happens mainly for 2 reasons: on the one hand, many language schools unfortunately tend to overcrowd the groups, on the other hand, the participants are not always well classified. Some participants of government funded programs (integration courses, Deuf\u00f6v) are unfortunately sometimes not motivated enough to learn German. This can significantly disrupt the learning atmosphere and ultimately seriously affect the success of the course.<\/p>

Over the years, we have focused on developing methods to address this problem. We have thus introduced the Quality Control System. What is it?
It is a set of measures that guarantee that the level in the course remains constantly good. At the beginning, special attention is given to the placement. For this purpose, internal intermediate tests are carried out at the end of each CEFR level. In order to attend the next course, you must pass the test with at least 50%. The intermediate test can be taken 2 times in total.\u00a0<\/p>

Another important element is goal orientation. Our interest, and ultimately our greatest pleasure, is that each student makes the most of his or her potential in the acquisition of the German language and is satisfied with the results, whether the goal is to pass an exam or to be able to communicate in the best possible way at work and in everyday life.<\/p>

In addition, the school management requires a detailed documentation of the course procedure on the part of the teachers and regularly checks the completed learning program, the results, the participation and the regularity of the homework.
Since all employees of the ITS make every effort to offer an effective and competent service, all course participants have another guarantee that they invest their time and money in the right way.<\/p>
