The International Language Center Dialogo is now offering a new room service.
As it is unfortunately not easy to find accommodation in Freiburg, the ITS offers an accommodation service. The ITS has several single apartments and rooms in shared apartments in Freiburg. The service is intended as support in the difficult task of finding a room. The service costs 22,- EUR and is only valid for ISD course participants and only in connection with a course.
Please choose one of the following options.
A
SINGLE APARTMENTS THE FIZZ (top quality!) – minimum 6 months
The Fizz apartments are new, modern 1-room apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom (shower). The apartments are fully equipped (WiFi, TV, microwave/oven, stove, dishwasher, 1 bed, fridge with freezer compartment, etc.) with high-quality and very practical furnishings. The apartments are very centrally located, with a streetcar stop right outside the front door. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The language school is a 2-minute walk away.
Price & Service:
The monthly rent costs approx. 1,000 EUR / month.

The Fizz only offers long-term rental contracts (minimum 1 year).
Alternatively, you can rent a “Fizz” apartment from the language school. In this case, you make the rental contract with the language school and not with The Fizz with the advantage that you can conclude a short contract (at least 6 months), but for a slightly more expensive price (usually 1,090 EUR / month)

SHARE ROOM CITY CENTRE – minimum 6 months
The ISD language school has 3 different 3-room apartments directly in the city center (Friedrichstr.). The apartments are fully furnished, each with a shared fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom.
You can choose between regular and top. The rooms have different sizes and prices.

Regular (comfortable apartment with new kitchen, super central)
Comfortable 3-room apartment with 3 different room sizes:
Regular: 650,- EUR / month
Regular: 700,- EUR / month
Regular+: 750,- EUR / month (or 850,- EUR / month as a double room)
Top (comfortable apartment with new kitchen and bathroom renovated in 2023, super central)
Super comfortable 3-room apartment with 3 different room sizes:
Standard: 700,- EUR / month
Regular: 750,- EUR / month
Regular+: 800,- EUR / month (or 900,- EUR / month as double room)

SHORT STAY ISD-BOARDING-HOUSE SHARE ROOM – minimum 1 month, maximum 5 months
This is a shared flat for short stays, with a total of 7 bedrooms, 3 shared toilets, 1 shared kitchen.
The house is located in the Landwasser district, just a 1-2 minute walk from the streetcar stop. Shopping facilities are nearby (5 minutes on foot)

Single room: 650,- EUR/month incl. VAT.
Double room: 750,- EUR/month incl. VAT

SINGLE APARTMENTS CAMPO NOVO BUSINESS (max. 3 months, can be extended for a further 3 months)
The Campo Novo Business studios are new, modern 1-room apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom (shower). The apartments are fully equipped (WiFi, TV, microwave/oven, stove, dishwasher, 1 bed, fridge, etc.) with high-quality and very practical furnishings. The apartments are in the Haid district, but there is a streetcar and bus stop right outside the front door. Shopping facilities are within 3 minutes walking distance.

The prices vary depending on the apartment (usually 750,- EUR – 800,- EUR / month + 120,- EUR once for the final cleaning)
Alternatively, you can rent a “Campo Novo Business” apartment from the language school. In this case, you have the advantage of signing the contract directly at the language school, but with a surcharge of approx. 10 % on the original price (usually 850,- EUR / month + 120,- EUR one-off for final cleaning).
