The Internationale Sprachzentrum Dialogo offers from on a new accommodation service.
Since it is unfortunately not easy to find accommodation in Freiburg, ISD offers an accommodation service. The service understands itself as a support in the difficult task of finding a room. Of course, the ISD is happy if the course participants find a room of their own. Should this be difficult, you can choose one of the following options:

SINGLE APARTMENTS
Residential studios are new, modern equipped 1-room apartment with own kitchen, own bathroom (shower) and own balcony. The apartments are fully equipped (WiFi, TV, microwave/oven, stove, dishwasher, 1 bed, fridge with freezer, etc.) with high quality and very practical furnishings. Some of the apartments are centrally located, a streetcar and bus stop, if not centrally located, is right outside the front door. Shopping facilities are within walking distance.
The ISD recommends this solution to all its customers.

LONG-STAY APARTMENT “HABSBURGER
There are 3 apartments in total. Each apartment is very central, only 5 minutes walk from the Münsterplatz. Within walking distance you can reach shopping, public transport (streetcar and buses), bars, restaurants and pubs, university, library and the language school ISD. The guesthouse has 2 large apartments with a total of 9 rooms.

1 single room: 135-140,- EUR / week *
1 double room: 170,- EUR / week*
incl. cleaning and disinfection service (1 x per week) of the common rooms (hall, bathroom, kitchen), internet, electricity, heating, water.
No washing machine (1 washing center is located in the same street. 1 wash: 2,50 EUR)

Short-Stay-WG “Moosweiher” (short Stay max. 90 days)
It is a shared apartment for short stays, with a total of 7 bedrooms, 3 common toilets, 1 common fully equipped kitchen.
The house is not centrally located, streetcar stop is 1-2 minutes walk away. Shopping facilities are nearby (5-8 minutes walk).

1 simple room: 21,- EUR/day*
1 room with balcony or with single kitchen: 23,- EUR/day*.
1 double room with single kitchen: 27,- EUR/day*
incl. cleaning and disinfection service (1 x per week) of the common rooms (hall, bathroom, kitchen), internet, electricity, heating, water.

*For short term (less than 6 months) rentals, the price is plus 7% VAT.

Immediately upon registration, ISD can arrange a room for you for the entire duration of the course. The rooms can be booked by email. The room reservation costs a one-time fee of 20,- EUR per booking.
